The Hero Pays the Price

Now that we've introduced our cast, I do feel like I should emphasize something. The Magicians is not a show with an individual hero. Every character pays a steep price at some point in the story in order to prevent a wrong or catastrophe. The price can be great, and can often seem unreasonable or unfair, but it is somehow always necessary. 

Again, I will emphasize that while this show is a huge comfort to me, it does deal with some extremely dark or heavy scenarios, so if you haven't watched but have had your interest piqued, PLEASE please please research some trigger warnings. I would feel awful if anyone experienced anything negative about this story because I didn't do my due diligence first.
