I'm so pleased to introduce you to the dean of Brakebills, Henry Fogg.

Dean Fogg is a master magician and functional alcoholic. You can't really blame him, though. He's one of two people who remembers all forty timelines he's lived. Every awful moment. You'd think that after the eleventh, twelfth timeline reset, he'd think about moving on from Brakebills and letting it all be someone else's problem, but he doesn't even consider it. Fogg's deeply rooted belief in the greater good and doing right by his students drive him. He's there for them even when they aren't technically his students. He may flinch every now and then. Go on a mini bender, make cutting sarcastic comments, spend some time tripping in the Etheric Realm. But he is there when he's needed.

Fogg's color, A Very Healthy Sense of Self-Preservation, is a rich golden brown reminiscent of the wood walls of his office and Fogg's favorite tipple, scotch.
